Charge 3 battery draining charge rapidly

All was fine until a couple of days ago when overnight my Charge3 showed ! In the morning. It had had a pretty high charge the previous night. Since then I've followed advice on this page - reset, let it run down until unresponsive, charged to 100% and done a long restart.  No change it went from 75% to 9% last night.

Anything else I can try? Its almost exactly 18.months old so and I'd hate to think this is built in obselence. Loathed to spend another £100 plus if it's going to need replacing in another year or so.
