Charge 3 - battery draining rapidly

I am having issues which started 2 days ago. Charged full 100% battery will only last an hour or so. I have tried to reset and changing a clock face which I have read from previous posts but nothing seems to be working. Is there any hope?

I just yesterday bought a brand new Charge 3.  It was at 99% full when I went to bed and this morning zero.  I charged it again and from 9:30am - now (so less than 40 minutes later) it’s almost back to zero again.  I bought the 3 because my 2 cracked and there were so many battery issues reported on the Charge 4 already.  If this continues today I’m returning it.

Hi

my charge 3 been working fine then yesterday boom, full charge lasting less than an hour.

have tried restarting, switched everything off, held down button for fifteen seconds, does anybody have a solution.

Ive noticed there are a lot of these problems around and have been for a number of years why has it not been sorted. Should I give up and buy another make ?
