Totally disgusted with this Charge 3. I also had the Charge 2 for about 2 years, Never a problem. Now after Fitbit replaced my Charge 3 in October 2019, (not the first time they had to replace it!) yesterday afternoon it just died.
Told me it needed to be charged, even though the day before it was on 78% then my app wiped all the old info out, and said it couldn't locate the device! (Yes Bluetooth was on!) Tried to charge it, reset it, long reset, etc, and all they tell you to do, but nope, just a blank Fitbit screen on the watch & empty App.
