Me and my daughter both have used the charge 3 for 16 months and both of our screens went dark about the same time. I thought Fitbit was good quality.

Seems like loads of people are having similar problems. My screen was getting dimmer and dimmer over the last couple of months and it's now gone blank. Even though it's still tracking steps, sleep etc. I too have tried everything I've seen on the forum, long resets, changing clock faces ...... all with no joy. I kept hoping something was going to work, as I really like it and use it as my watch all the time. This is my second Charge 3. I had to return the first one after a.month last August because it ended up with lines all over the screen, which was unfixable. Now less than a year later this one appears to have something terminal too. I went with Fitbit as I thought they were good quality and value for money. But starting to wonder and lose confidence in them.

I did a chat with customer service and since mine are 19 months old they offered me 25% discount on a new one. I went back to my Garmin it's 3 years old and still works like it did day one. Really disappointed in Fitbit quality I thought they were better.

My screen has now gone almost completely. I wear it for sleeping and steps but nothing else. That’s if I wear it at all atm. I’ve been passed on to customer service and hoping for some answers.
