Good afternoon,
The screen on my Charge 3 is completely black. This is the second time this has happened. With my first charge 3 lines appeared on the screen, it became very dim and eventually the screen disappeared altogether. I spoke to Fitbit help agent who sorted a replacement out for me. Now the same thing has happened to my replacement charge 3 and I’m wondering if there is just something wrong with all charge 3’s?
I've tried to reboot when the screen had lines and they didn’t get any better and have done a long reset when the lines were on the screen and now that the screen is completely black but the screen is still completely black.
I love my Fitbit and would like to stay with the brand but I’m wondering if this is going to be a reoccurring problem?

Hi @MsRii, I'll be glad to help you with this. Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with the screen of your Charge 3 that is not turning back on and confirming that you already tried the restart procedures. I'm sorry to see that you're experiencing this problem again.
Before considering other options, and besides the restart and long restart procedures that you already tried, please make sure to try changing the clock face option that you've selected on your Charge 3 device following the steps listed here, this has been helpful for other users experiencing something similar.
