my Fitbit Charge 3 is a year and a half old....
my first problem i had is that it didnt want to charge, so i bought a new charger as i thought this was the problem.
it charged once with the new charger and then one night it went off as it was flat
i then put it on charge for the day but it never came back on...
i have tried changing of clock face as well as the restarting, I have done that all a few times to no avail.
it is still sync to my phone and is "charged" as the alarm goes off and it still vibrates...
the screen just doesnt come on...
i am very frustrated, please advise

thanks

If you actually look at the forum, there are so many of these cases yet they would do anything to prevent additional cost to them. I get it, it is a business move.

But then again, their actions will always have consequences.....somewhere down the road.

Karma is a B! hehehe

If you look at the forum for charge 3, there are so many of the black screen cases yet FITBIT would do anything to not to replace them even though the cause of these problems are the updates that came from them.

My fitbit is doing the same thing, I've tried all the steps and nothing's working. I got this as a replacement from Fitbit a few months ago because my other charge 3 had lines on the screen.
