Received Charge3 from family but screen is black. Still vibrates and logging data when looking at app on originally paired phone. Have been searching community forums and internet for solutions but nothing has worked. Tried multiple clock display changes, and multiple 5, 10, 15 sec restarts.

Hi @Bernice288. Fitbit's monochrome screens can fail over time. Sadly, there is no fix for this issue.
