Charge 3 blank screen and won't sync

Tried all the suggestions on the forumn for black screen,not syncing etc.

Can get smikey face for 1 second and vibration and flashing green heart rate light.

Tried long (15) second shutdown ,shut down bluetooth,downloaded the app again etc.

I cannot sync or pair even though my phone shows it available in bkuetooth devices.

I have spent that much time trying everything on the forumn without sucess i have a headace
