I have had my Fitbit charge 3 for about 6 months now. About a month back the screen resorted to a few lines thru the data but still showed information on it. About a week ago the screen has went black. I tried resetting it multiple times and even changed it to multiple different clock faces based on previous threads. Am I missing anything else to do? Is there a way to get it looked at and/or replaced? I am still able to download and track everything thru the app but just cannot view anything on the device.
