Hi all,

 

I have had my Fitbit for a couple of years now and it has stopped working. My band broke in February and so I didn't use it and left it on charge until yesterday.

 

The screen is black but it still vibrates. I have tried restarting and resetting it but it comes up with a smiley face and then goes blank again. It doesn't show the battery when it's charging and occasionally when I restart it a loading bar will appear for about a second before disappearing and turning black.

 

Does anyone know what is happening and how I can fix it?
