I have tried all of the recommendations - plug in, hold for seconds, no smiley face. I also tried to change the clock face, still not displaying. The device is charged and it vibrates. I purchased my device in Dec 2018. Any new suggestions? Thank you

Thanks for the note, it's appreciated. No luck with Fitbit tech support. Their answer is you need to buy a new device, here's a 25% off coupon. The thing is...I have a 5:30am alarm set. The alarm still goes off but the screen is frozen blank. Really bummed because the device isn't dead.....
