Hey everyone,
I’ve had the Charge 3 for a few months now and I’ve had times where the screen would just go black and I was able to restart it. Now the screen is black and the button vibrates aggressively if I press or hold it.
On the app it says that it’s looking for my watch too. I promise I have tried restarting and resetting my watch but I can’t because it only vibrates. I’ve tried so many times and even called support and they ended up saying they can only offer me discounts to buy a new one.
I really feel like I tried everything to fix it but nothing works. Does anyone else have this problem or is my watch just done for?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your tracker isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and make sure you followed the instructions provided there.
