Hey, I just got gifted a brand new Charge 3 but can not setup the device because the screen stays black/blank. I've tried to reset it as mentioned in previous forums and I can't change the clock face due to not having it paired to anything yet. Can someone please help me find a fix? I've had it charging for a few hours now and still only vibrates.

Hi there,
I'm having the same issue. I can't activate the charge 3 to my phone because the screen does not changed from black. It was gifted to me and is not brand new, but up until now, there have been no issues with it.
Is there any chance you could help me with it?
