Hello! Did anyone had the problem on Charge 3 screen going completely black for couple of days and then showing black white lines sporadically sometimes and going black again? I came here for some

answers few days ago and did try all the troubleshooting with switching it off and connecting to the computer cable but I didn't get any response from the Fitbit, no light back on or battery icon on or anything. I tried to restart so many times but when I pressed the button it only vibrates. I still get vibration notifications I just cant see anything.
