I slowly lost the screen to my Charge 3 while I was in the tropics. Is the swim proof feature not compatible with heat and salt water? I've tried rice, letting it die and then recharging but nothing is bringing back the screen. Is there a repair service that I can mail it to? I miss my Fitbit
