I got a Fitbit Charge 3 about a month ago. I was learning how to use it and some how I got the screen to go black and I cannot see anything. On my app from my phone it can detect the Bluetooth to it but I cannot see the 4 digit code so I can change the clock.
I also have tried holding the button down while it’s on the charger to make the smiley face to come on but nothing happens after that. I have tried looking at different websites on how to fix the black screen but I still cannot figure it out. I need some help getting my Fitbit to work, I loved using it for the short amount of time that I was working with it and learning how to use it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Looking through the Charge 3 Help list, a lot of people are having this same problem. The effect is to make the Charge 3 useless as a watch, notification device, and anything else that one needs to see on the screen. Please add me to the list of people who will receive notifications of fixes, etc.
