I’ve had my Charge 3 for 18 months and yesterday it wouldn’t sync to my phone all day, kept saying device not found. I reset it and it vibrated continuously for around 10 seconds then the smiley face appeared. I put it on charge and it said 3% even though it had just been 47%. I left it for about an hour then I picked it up but it was so hot I couldn’t hold it. The screen is now black and it won’t respond to any attempt to reset it. Any ideas?

Thanks for troubleshooting this turning on issue. If your tracker isn't responding, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
