So, my Charge 3 has gone blank. I have tried all the remedies on the net:
1. Restart by holding it 8 seconds
2. Restart by holding it 15 seconds, removing it and then placing it back in the charger
3. Change the clock
None worked. I contacted customer service. No help. My watch is just over a year old, so the rep did nothing more than offer 25% off a new Fitbit. This is the second Fitbit that I have owned. Both had problems after just over a year so that they were of no use (The first stopped connecting via Bluetooth). It is frustrating to purchase items with such limited usefulness.
