Charge 3 blank screen

For weeks now I have been unable to see my display. No read out whatsoever. I am hoping someone can assist me.

The same thing has happened to me. After being on a chat with Fitbit, they determined that the Charge 3 is faulty. Of course it is over the warranty, so they said they would give me a discount on a new one. that is bull**ahem**. they make junk stuff. I would say go get something better. This is the second Fitbit I have had that crapped out after two years.
