Charge 3 blank screen

When I woke up this morning.. the smiley face was there then the screen went totally blank...button wouldn't work but i could feel it vibrating... then it went to a screen with the fitbit logo and the numbers 001 under it... what on earth is happening and what does that mean ?

Hi @Bag68, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
