The screen on my Charge 3 has been completely blank since yesterday morning. Ive had a look on the forums, tried to reset it, no smiley face although it does vibrate and Ive also tried changing the clock face too but nothing.
It is fully charged, tracking and still syncing to my phone. Very frustrating considering it cost me £120 and Ive only had it since June 2019.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I am having the same problem. Unfortunately Fitbit Support has been no help. This is the second charge 3 I have had in 2 years. The first one failed after having it 3 months. A new one was sent to me. I’ve had this one for a little over a year and it’s doing the same thing. Now support tells me there is nothing they can do. I am just out of luck. There is no support for the customer. I didn’t know these watches are notorious for failing and Fitbit just expects that you will buy another one? It’s time for a IWatch. This is ridiculous as I really loved my charge 3.

Ive had the same problem all day. It has happened before and then just came back on. Im hoping it will do the same this time

My Charge 3 initially was getting dimmer (about a couple of weeks ago) and then lines started to appear (last week) and then today the screen went blank!! Is there any solution to the problem.
