Hi! I’d tried to troubleshoot my charge 3 by connecting it to the charger and press the side button for at least 15s for the smiley face to appear. I did this for many times but no smiley face appear still. I can feel the vibration but nothing happen. Other than this, I also tried to change the face clock using my phone previously connected to my charge 3 to see if it can resolve the black screen issue but I couldn’t connect to my charge 3 via Bluetooth anymore.
I couldn’t connect to the charge 3 via Bluetooth anyway as well. And had charge for quite sometime already, how can I resolve this ? Is it spoil in anyway? How to check?
