Hi
My charge 3 has a blank screen. I have tried the short and long restore without success. It does vibrate but I don’t see the smiley face. I have tried to pair it to my new iPad but I can’t see the PIN to complete this.

Also, as I can’t see the PIN to pair it, I can’t try to change the clock face as previous threads suggest.

Same here. It's already my 2nd replacement, all 3 Fitbits end up with a blank screen. None of the tips work (change clock or hard reset) to fix it. It starts pretty quickly with streaks on the screen and then it continues to deteriorate. I read the same problem from users of the Charge 4. I’m no longer confident that another Fitbit will last any longer, so I am now looking at another brand that hopefully will be more durable for its money.

This was already a replacement as the first one’s display started to disappear, now this one has gone totally and it’s out of guarantee. There is obviously no ongoing support for a Charge 3 yet this is a defect in any. I will just be looking for a cheap replacement I think.

Mine is now also out of guarantee. Hope you succeed in finding a cheap replacement. I'm done with Fitbit
