Charge 3 blank screen

Hi there, @Pat1951. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 3 before reaching out. 

 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I'm having the same problem. It started to look like some of the pixels were burnt out and after a few days, the whole thing no longer lights up at all.  Have tried restarting and changing the clock face, too.

Mine is doing the same. Have tried all the troubleshooting, including what you suggested above, but still blank. Screen comes on after restarting in the charger but goes off again within a few minutes
