Is it better to have the Charge 3 on normal or auto during the day? I can't even see the arrow in daylight to start tracking my walks in the daylight. Are all Fitbit like this? I just need a brighter screen. Any suggestions please.

Regarding your inquiry, you can set the brightness of your tracker to the option you prefer. Also, we do not currently have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.

 

For now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

I have the same issue i have tried all settings and i can only see my screen when i am inside. How do i overcome this? I had a charge 2 and never had any issues with seeing the screen so what have fitbit changed?
