Charge 3 button isn't working

I can’t seem to press my Fitbit Charge 3 button anymore. It’s like there isn’t a button there. And then if I go on something on my Fitbit like the weather, I then have to change the clock face via my phone to reset it as I’m unable to get out of the weather screen
