My charge 3 is not rebooting, the side button is not responsive either. When doing a reboot from the settings it will not allow me to select the tick, when I touch the screen it goes blank, then when I eventually get side button to work it is back at the original men.
Hard reset also does not work, hold in button for 8 or more seconds and it only shows what charge the phone has and no smiley face or fitbit icon appears. I've only had it for 6 weeks.
