I just got home from a workout and my fitbit charge 3 display now has white and gray vertifical lines through the display and is mostly unresponsive. the screen is fine otherwise (uncracked) and this fitbit was purchased in January. I also have a photo of the problem if I am able to upload to the community.I have already reset the watch as I have seen in other forums and that did not fix the problem.

Melissa,
I would recommend getting a chat started with customer support. I had an issue with my screen a while back and after troubleshooting with the representative, they were able to get me a replacement sent. You will need to take a photo that shows the issue along with a case number if I remember correctly.
I actually am having your issue right now - just finished troubleshooting with support, and nothing worked. Unfortunately, I am outside the 365 day warranty, so I was unable to get a replacement.

thank you! I have started a live chat about an hour ago and I am still waiting for an available. This should still be under warranty since it is only 6 months old. Did you need the original receipt? I will need to dig through the house to see where I may have put it 😕

I had this problem last year and the tracker was replaced at 6 months old without any difficulty. I am now having the same problem with the teplacement, which will also no longer talk to my IPhone.

Yeah, it might take awhile - I was 38th in line for a representative! I don't recall needing the receipt, I believe they just asked for my email address that my account was under. You should definitely be within the warranty period to get a replacement, so good luck! 🙂
