We keep being told to 'swipe left' to get to settings to try to fix the dim screen issue. This does not work because we can barely see the screen or some people cannot see anything at all on their screen. There doesn't appear to be anywhere you can fix this problem on the Fitbit app. What next? If you don't have a solution that doesn't involve trying to 'see' something on a screen that has no display, I will look into purchasing a fitness tracker from another company.
