Charge 3 dim screen

My charge 3 goes dim spontaneously.   Even if I change it to bright/normal it will change back within a few hours.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding your Charge 3.

May I know if the Sleep Mode is turned off? The screen's brightness is set to dim when this setting is on. To check this, press and hold the button, swipe left to access the quick settings screen and tap the moon icon to turn it on or off.

Additionally, I'd recommend restarting your tracker to refresh its performance. Please follow the steps described in this help article and monitor its behavior in the next days.
