I have the white lines and faded looking white screen. I've tried all the suggestions as I've had my Charge 3 since October 2019 and I love it! Was my birthday gift and I've emailed support and no response. Now seeing so many people with the same issue something needs to be fixed. I took off my $400 Michael Kors watch for my Fitbit and I'm about to change back.
