Charge 3 display corrupted

After a month of use my Charge 3 had a line of pixels at the top that had disappeared (bought Sept 2019) as of Monday the screen is difficult to read as it seems to have a streaky white background and isn't very responsive when button is pressed. Has anyone else had this issue and how do I claim a replacement or refund... Gutted😔

Hi

I had previously completed the restart method and nothing changed I have
completed this process again as you have advised but the problem still
remains further to the above problem I also have to press button to
activate display.

Hi AlejandraFitbit could you advise me how I can return my Fitbit due to the issues that I have that I cant solve.  It isn't fit for purpose
