Just started noticing lines across and down my screen? See from other posts there doesn’t seem to be a way to fix this other than a replacement?
My Fitbit is just under 18 months old. Is it still covered under warranty? Very disappointed if so!

Hi, I was able to get this resolved by contacting support. They posted a replacement out last week.

Hi,
I have a similar issue wit my display, worked fine till yesterday but now all black. I get lines and patterns when I try the 8 second and 15 second reset processEs I’ve read about on here, but the screen doesn’t come back on at all and the unit no longer syncs to my mobile app.
Any ideas what I can do?

I am having the same problem with the screen just fading to black. It is still sending notifications but I can't see anything on the screen now. Is there a problem or how do I report this? Tried chat line but never get closer than 30+. Can anyone help?
