2 Black lines have appeared on the top of my Fitbit charge 3 screen. Does anyone know why this is and or how to fix it? My device is only 2 months old so disappointing if it’s already defective

I understand how are you feeling. If your tracker's display is corrupted, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
