Charge 3 display corrupted

I'm very disappointed. I love my Fitbit and the app. I use it everyday. In July last year I received a replacement Charge 3, as black lines appeared on it. 

 

I have looked after my replacement meticulously. It never gets wet. I keep it clean and it has never been knocked about. Less than a year later the same thing has happened my replacement. I can hardly see the text on the screen. 

 

I have once again followed all the troubleshooting and long restart and nothing has resolved this problem. I am so annoyed. I want to stay with Fitbit as I love the platform, but I can't be bothered if this is continually going to happen. 

 

Can you please help with my problem
