I was sitting on the couch and glanced at my Fitbit and right before my eyes the screen when from normal to blurry. I called in and I'm 2 months out of the warranty, so they said I needed to purchase a new device.
I asked if there was anything I did to make the Fitbit freak out, and she said that it was just the current model. I have really enjoyed my Fitbit, but I'm uncomfortable purchasing an expensive watch that only lasts a year.
Is it possible to get the current watch fixed? Is there anything I could have done to prevent the screen from blurring?
