I’ve not had my charge 3 a year yet and a couple of days ago the screen went black, but the button still vibrated and it still tracked my steps etc. So I tried the restart process and it came back on however now the screen has started to fade! It’s now fading to the point where I can barely see in certain lights. I’ve tried restarting it again, changing the clock face but it’s fading from the top down. What can I do?
Thank you

Best AnswerI've just had exactly the same issue. Tried the troubleshooting solutions but these didn't work. Had an online chat with Fitbit customer support a week ago today. They were brilliant and explained it was a known problem. My replacement pebble arrived today. So pleased.
