This problem started 2-3 weeks back. When I try to scroll the screen nothing happens, then when the screen lights up.. it shows to have scrolled. Then when I try to scroll forward or back.. same thing.. doesn't scroll.. screen goes blank.. when the screen is lit up (either through the button or wrist moving) it has scrolled to something else.
I tried the recommended method... where I connect it to USB, press and hold the button, the happy/smiley face comes up. The screen works for 5 mins or so after that and then goes back to the above behavior.
The Fitbit HAS NOT been dropped or used in water. Looks brand new after 12+ months. I love the device and would like a resolution on this. Any feedback is really appreciated.
