Mine started this yesterday. I’m so frustrated. I’ve tried a hard reset and it didn’t help. It seems like as soon as they are out of warranty they quit. I’m not sure I can afford to keep buying new ones.

My Charge 3 display is not working. It has vertical lines through the screen and it's draining the battery really fast. I tried a reset, changed the clock face, and did a long reset. The lines are still there. I purchased it on February 4, 2020. Is it possible to get a replacement? This is the fourth Fitbit I've purchased.

I need help. This is my third Fitbit in less than 5 years. Fitbit charge 3 now. Noticed the screen was off centered. Then I just got flickering lights throughout. I plugged in charger and did hard test multiple times. Got the happy face off center screen and for a few moments saw screen. Now black screen and not resetting. I do t even get my Fitbit wet!

Hi @dmgnp, thank you for your reply.
I am glad to hear you can see the screen on your Charge 3 now. Thank you for posting the update here. I understand your concern about the screen wake feature when you can wake up the screen by turning your wrist. I recommend checking if this feature is turned on: press and hold the button and you can tap Screen Wake setting to confirm it's turned on.
For more information, see How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
