My charge 3 does not charge. The battery icon does not appear. The pins are locked correctly.

Hi @Etiennette1 you have posted in the Alta Forum so I will move you query to the Charge 3 forum.
As farms charging goes, try restarting the tracker a few times and see if that helps. If it doesn't change anything have a look at THIS Help Article on charging problems. If nothing there helps then you will need to contact Fitbit Support
