Hey guys from fitbit: We live in India, I bought this as a gift for my wife to track her workout routines. Bought it in Nov 2019 in Dubai. She used it a couple of times and then got busy with some other priorities. Then Covid lockdown hit us here so the Fitbit remained unused. When she tried re-starting it in Aug 2019, the screen remains totally blank. All we get out of that band are some vibrations when the soft button is pressed, thats it, the screen remains black, no sign of life on it. Since I gifted it to her, I would like to ensure that the band works and my wife is able to use it. All help will be appreciated.
