Charge 3 doesn't charge

For the last month or so, I have had issues charging my Charge 3. 

I have had it for about a year (maybe less) and it used to work fine charging through a USB port on my computer (when the computer is on) or plugged into a wall outlet.  Then I started having issues with charging through my computer and now I cannot even charge it by plugging it into the wall.  J

Just as I am about to throw it out the window, I try one more time and it works.  It works for a day or two and then I start all over again.

How am I supposed to charge the Charge?

Fitbit will not charge. I tried all the suggestions on all the other post and nothing works. This was an expensive item but i have a implanted pacemaker and go into AFIB occasionally and would like to know when I am in AFIB . If it needs replaced It will not be a fitbit.

Contacted fitbit customer service and they walked me through a few steps and now it is taking a charge. Hopefully it will continue to work.
