My charge 3 was connected via bluetooth to my iPhone SE, after a very rainy walk I found I had drowned my iPhone and cpr has failed to revive it! I have now taken over an iPhone 7 and my Fitbit will not connect to bluetooth despite trying all types of reset recommended. Is it because it is still within the system of my drowned iPhone?? Any help most welcome

Thanks for getting back to us @Sailorboy326. Thank you for letting us know that you have tried all types of reset in order to connect your Charge 3 with your iPhone.
Please try setting up your Charge 3 as a replacement device. Your previous phone shouldn't interfere. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
