I have been using a Charge 3 for several months. Recently, I started getting this gray screen; I can see the clock and my progress, but the gray makes it tough sometimes. Where it was once black, it is now gray! I have tried resetting it by plugging it in and holding down the button; this is the same process I followed when my screen went blank, which corrected the blank screen problem. No use with the gray screen. I have tried totally discharging the battery, but that didn't work either. Finally, I have tried changing the clock face, also to no avail.
I have reverted to using my Charge 2 because the gray screen is very annoying.
Is there a correction, such as a firmware fix that I can try that will correct this issue? Incidentally, the blank screen issue has not been corrected for me with firmware updates. Fortunately, I have been able to reset the device successfully when it occurs.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hi @fsajat. Welcome to the Forums.
Thanks for sharing your Charge 3's behavior, as well for trying to restart it and changing the clock face. I understand how you're feeling since the screen isn't showing your details clearly and while our team hasn't released a firmware update recently, please perform a long restart with the following steps:
Keep me posted. 😉

Hi @fsajat. I'm glad to see you here again.
Thanks for trying the steps posted above, and I'm sorry that the screen is still unresponsive. Since we've exhausted our troubleshooting, I've gone ahead and requested a case on your behalf so our Support team can give you a hand. You should be receiving an email from them shortly.
Hope to see you on track soon!

My Charge 3's screen turned gray with lines. I tried the remedies listed on your website. Do you have any other suggestions? Does this mean that it's dying? What should I do? I would appreciate any suggestions. This is my 3rd Fitbit and I haven't had it that long. Discourging!
