Got new fitbit charge 3 in december, all day sync is turned on, but does not work, tried numerous fixes, manual syncing takes forever as well, please help fitbit. I know that there are so many issues ever since google has taken over. There have been syncing issues ever since i bought it.

Hi there @c0n0r, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for letting us know about this issue. We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot the syncing difficulties prior to posting here.
Besides the steps you've tried so far, I'd recommend trying the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned ON
