Charge 3 heart rate sensor light shining constantly

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The green light on my Charge 3 shines all the time. It doesn’t flash - it shines continuously. I have to charge it several times a day as it eats the battery.

Heart rate tracker does not work as a result. I’ve tried both rebooting and restarting it many times, but the light still shines. How can i fix this?

Hello from Singapore. This issue affects me too. But I'm not able to reach anyone in the live chat or Twitter. Grateful for your advice. Thanks!

Hi.

I never resolved this issue before my Charge 3 died and stopped responding. I ended up returning it to the vendor and replaced it with a Charge 4, which - so far, at least - works as it should.

I’m sorry I can’t help you. Hope someone else is able to.

That's good news Julie, may your Charge 4 fare better and see you through many miles!

@AlejandraFitbit any chance that I can reach product support in Singapore for assistance?

You can lodge a support request online and they will email you promptly. No phone number.

The collection point is at Plaza Singapore - Mojito Redemption. They should be opened from today noon. Try giving them a call but I believe they only attend to cases with support case number.
