Yes, it should be fine. Just make sure you rinse the salt off afterwards. The Charge 3 is water resisitant to 50 m but if you are in very rough conditions the pressures may exceed what it is made for, so I wouldn t wear it in rough conditions or very heavy surf.

I went kayaking in calm waters but did get the watch in ocean water. I rinsed it afterwards but the screen went black, no functions but it still held a charge.
