Charge 3 is experiencing syncing issues

I had trouble syncing my charge 3 , I eventually managed to get it to sync after uninstalling several times however within 30 mins of putting on my wrist it loses connection, if I remove it from my wrist it will sync and stay connected???? Any ideas please , luckily I still have my charge 2 so have gone back to using that !
