I am still not receiving notifications on my Fitbit 3 for texts or calls following the IOS update which I think was towards the end of last year - I have read that Fitbit are looking into this but they still don’t seem any closer to resolving the issue.. any updates from anyone as the notifications was part of my reason for buying my Fitbit. Thanks in advance

With the iOS 13 update critical bluetooth code was changed with no notice to 3rd parties. Garmin is also experiencing issues. It may very well be that Apple has to correct this issue.

Hi there @sue.smith27, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for your time while troubleshooting the notifications on your Charge 3. 

 

We’re aware that some customers may experience a compatibility issue with notifications after updating their iPhone to iOS 13. Find help here.

 

We don't have any updates about when this issue may be fully solved, as soon as we may updates we'll make sure to keep all you posted.
