Charge 3 is overheating

My Fitbit discharged from 100% to 2% in two minutes then went off. It has not powered on since and overheats when plugged into the charger.

I have this same isse! - very hot when charging and cannot get it to turn on, Fitbit charge 3- need to aid in my disability
